Agriculture - Infectious and Contagious Diseases - Notice of Quarantine

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Agriculture or a designee of the Secretary to cause a suitable sign or notice of a quarantine order to be posted on a property in a specified manner; and requiring a specified property owner to provide notice to employees or agents of any agricultural or business entity that may enter the property on which diseased livestock or poultry is located.
