Synopsis:

Authorizing the placement of specified speed monitoring systems on that portion of Liberty Road, Route 26, that is within the boundaries of Baltimore County; making provisions of law relating to speed monitoring systems applicable to Baltimore County; providing for the distribution of revenues generated by the Act after specified costs are deducted; providing for the application of the Act; providing that existing obligations or contracts may not be impaired by the Act; etc.
