Synopsis:

Continuing until July 1, 2011, the provisions of the State Procurement Law relating to procurement from minority businesses; and requiring a study and a final report on the study of the Minority Business Enterprise Program to be submitted to the Legislative Policy Committee before September 30, 2010.
