Synopsis:

Expanding the jurisdiction of the Juvenile Justice Monitoring Unit of the Office of the Attorney General to include the monitoring of any facility licensed by the Departent of Juvenile Services; authorizing the Governor to transfer positions and funds in a specified manner; etc.
