Entitled:
Procurement - Percentage Price Preference - Locally Grown Foods

Synopsis:

Providing a 5% price preference for locally grown foods under specified circumstances; requiring the Board of Public Works to adopt regulations concerning the establishment of a specified percentage price preference; and requiring State schools and facilities to review specified procurement specifications and, to the extent practicable, require the use of a percentage price preference in their purchase of food.
