Creation of a State Debt - American Veterans Disabled for Life Memorial

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Disabled Veterans' LIFE Memorial Foundation, Inc. for the design, construction, and capital equipping of the American Veterans Disabled for Life Memorial to be located adjacent to the National Mall in the District of Columbia; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
