Maryland Polysomnography Act

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Physicians to adopt regulations for the licensure and practice of polysomnography; providing that the Act does not limit the rights of specified individuals to practice specified health occupations; authorizing the Board to set fees; establishing the Polysomnography Professional Standards Committee within the Board; providing for the membership, powers, and duties of the Committee; establishing the terms and requirements for the members of the Committee; etc.
