Task Force to Study Violent Crime

Synopsis:

Creating a Task Force to Study Violent Crime; providing for the membership, chair, and staff of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study the incidence of violent crime in Baltimore City and Prince George's County and recommend strategies for reducing violent crime in those jurisdictions; requiring the Task Force to report its findings and recommendations on or before December 1, 2007; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
