Synopsis:

Specifying that if legislation is enacted providing for the operation and licensing of controlled gaming facilities in the State, the State regulatory entity shall own or lease the controlled gaming facilities and buy specified equipment, and prohibit a controlled gaming facility from being located in specified locations.
