Workers' Compensation Commission - Stay of an Order Pending an Appeal

Synopsis:

Authorizing the court to grant a stay of an order for specified accrued workers' compensation benefits under specified circumstances; authorizing the court to require specified types of collateral on a stay of a specified order; and providing that a specified order by the Workers' Compensation Commission must be stayed until the court has made a ruling on a specified appeal.
