Synopsis:

Establishing an Office of the Inspector General in the Maryland Transit Administration; providing that the Inspector General is the head of the Office; establishing the duties of the Inspector General; increasing the number of officers of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority to include an inspector general; establishing the duties of the inspector general of the Authority; requiring that specified payments of specified signatories be from specified sources of funding; etc.
