Altering the definition of a "customer" in order to require specified retail establishments to provide use of an employee toilet facility under specified circumstances; altering the scope of the requirement for specified retail establishments to allow access to an employee toilet facility; requiring specified retail establishments to post specified signs designating specified restrooms; etc.
