Transfer of State Real Property - Long-Term Lease of Protected Lands

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Secretary of General Services from approving a lease of at least 20 years for specified real property, including any options to renew the lease, until the required information is provided to the budget committees, a specified county delegation, and specified county officials for review and comment and 45 days have elapsed.
