Synopsis:

Restricting the sale or purchase or the attempt to sell or purchase products containing specified ingredients in specified circumstances; requiring the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Administration to assist in the regulation of the sale of specified products by developing and maintaining a specified list, adopting regulations, establishing and maintaining an electronic log of specified purchases, and providing assistance to pharmacies and retailers; establishing penalties for a violation of the Act; and defining a term.
