Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore County - East County Bicycle and Pedestrian Access Project

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Baltimore County for the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of the road and sidewalk upgrades for the proposed bicycle and pedestrian access project; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
