Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, in consultation with the Department of Aging, to implement a system of registration for home care providers for vulnerable adults; providing for the purpose of the registration of home care providers for vulnerable adults; requiring the Department to adopt regulations relating to the registration of home care providers for vulnerable adults; etc.
