Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore County - Artificial Turf Fields

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $400,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Executive and County Council of Baltimore County for the planning, design, and construction of an artificial turf field to be located in Baltimore County; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
