Synopsis:

Stating the intent of the General Assembly that medical malpractice matters be treated in a particular manner in the judicial system and that the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals consider, based on a specified study, the feasibility of establishing a medical malpractice court division in the State; establishing the Medical Malpractice Division Task Force; providing for the membership of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study the feasibility of a medical malpractice division in circuit court; etc.
