Synopsis:

Adding to the list of statutes that secure rights to victims of a violent crime, in accordance with which a victim may file an application for leave to appeal from an order that denies or fails to consider such a right; altering the definition of "violent crime" in the statute relating to appeal rights of victims of a violent crime to include a delinquent act that would be a crime of violence if committed by an adult; etc.
