Crimes - Disclosure of Social Security Numbers - Penalties

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person, including a public or private entity, from intentionally communicating or otherwise making available to the public the Social Security number of another; prohibiting a person, from printing the Social Security number of another on a card required for the other person to access products or services; prohibiting a person from requiring another to transmit the Social Security number of the other over the Internet; etc.
