Requiring the State to distribute a specified amount of money allocated to the Aging Schools Program as grants to county boards of education according to a specified formula in specified fiscal years; requiring the Interagency Committee on School Construction to allocate a specified percentage of the appropriation for public school construction to the Aging Schools Program in specified fiscal years; etc.
