Entitled:
Crimes - Commercial Depiction of Dogfight or Cockfight - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from knowingly creating, selling, distributing, displaying, or possessing a depiction of a dogfight or cockfight for commercial gain; establishing criminal penalties for a violation of the Act; providing a court with a specified condition of sentencing that may be imposed on a defendant found guilty of a violation of the Act; and defining specified terms.
