Department of Natural Resources - State Boat Act

Synopsis:

Repealing specified provisions of the State Boat Act relating to out-of-state manufacturers and dealers; repealing specified provisions of law relating to the issuance of temporary certificates of boat number; repealing the Boat Dealer Assurance Fund; and requiring that funds in the Boat Dealer Assurance Fund, as of October 1, 2006, revert to the General Fund.
