Baltimore Corridor Transit Study - Red Line - Requirements and Citizens' Advisory Council

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Transit Administration to consider the establishment of a fund to compensate property owners for damages incurred during the construction of a Red Line project; requiring the Administration to consider specified matters concerning alterations and areas surrounding the Red Line corridor in consultation with specified persons; establishing a Citizens' Advisory Council for the Baltimore Corridor Transit Study - Red Line; requiring the Council to report annually by September 1; etc.
