Synopsis:

Altering the time by which a State's Attorney is required to serve a specified notice of an alleged prior conviction for specified alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses for the purpose of allowing a court to sentence a defendant as a subsequent offender under specified circumstances; providing for the application of a specified Maryland Rule; etc.
