Synopsis:

Requiring the establishment of a gaming commission in each county and Baltimore City to regulate charitable gaming; providing for the membership, terms, and chair of a commission; specifying the powers of a gaming commission; making specified provisions of law apply in specified counties; providing that specified government bodies and officials be relieved of specified duties and responsibilities on October 1, 2006; etc.
