Entitled:
Maryland Medical Assistance Program - Long-Term Care - Community Choice Program - Participation, Location, and Termination

Synopsis:

Providing that if the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene establishes a community choice program, the program may not include more than a specified number of participants, shall operate in a rural area of the State, and shall serve a specified number of participants in its rural area; requiring the Department to notify the Department of Legislative Services within 5 days after receiving notice of approval or denial of a specified waiver; etc.
