Entitled:
Correctional Officers' Retirement System - Reemployment of Retirees

Synopsis:

Exempting from the earnings limitation placed on a retirement allowance retirees of the Correctional Officers' Retirement System who are reemployed as correctional officers in correctional facilities; requiring the Division of Corrections in the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to provide the State Retirement Agency with information; providing that retirees of the Correctional Officers' Retirement System may only be reemployed for 4 years; etc.
