Synopsis:

Establishing the Offender Rehabilitation and Reentry Pilot Program; requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to provide specified assistance to specified reentry service programs; requiring the Department to provide specified grants to specified programs under specified circumstances; requiring the Department to develop specified procedures; requiring the Governor to include $250,000 in the State budget to implement the program; requiring the Department to adopt specified regulations; etc.
