Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from committing rape in the first degree, rape in the second degree, sexual offense in the first degree, sexual offense in the second degree, or an attempt to commit such a crime involving a victim who is a child under the age of 13 years; imposing a mandatory minimum, nonsuspendable, and nonparolable sentence of 25 years imprisonment for commission of one of the referenced crimes; etc.
