Establishing and altering powers and duties of the State Administrator of Elections and of local election officials in specified jurisdictions; authorizing injunctive relief under specified circumstances; placing restrictions on the alteration of precinct boundaries and polling place locations; placing restrictions on the removal of registered voters from the registry and on the rejection of voter registration applications; requiring the issuance of specified reports and the Internet publication of specified notice; etc.
