Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Trustees for the Maryland Teachers and State Employees Supplemental Retirement Plans to administer a Voluntary Employee Accounts Program for specified employees; requiring the Board of Trustees to submit information to specified employers and employees; authorizing the Board of Trustees to employ individuals; providing that individuals employed by the Board of Trustees are subject to specified provisions of the State Personnel and Pensions Article; etc.
