State Retirement and Pension System - Administration - Simplification

Synopsis:

Repealing a requirement that specified compensation be included in the calculation of the retirement allowance of specified individuals; requiring the Board of Trustees of the State Retirement and Pension System to reduce the retirement allowance of a member of the State Retirement and Pension System if the member does not make member contributions by a specified amount, including regular interest at a specified rate; etc.
