Synopsis:

Authorizing a specified community association in Baltimore City to seek monetary damages for the abatement of a specified nuisance under specified circumstances; and repealing a specified provision of law that restricts a specified law authorizing nuisance actions from being construed to grant standing for a civil action for a condition relating to lead paint.
