Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Human Resources to facilitate the conducting of a comprehensive study of the recruitment, selection, and retention of the child welfare workforce; requiring the Department to report to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before a specified date; and providing for the termination of the Act.
