Synopsis:

Establishing a Medicare Part D Stopgap Program in the Department of Aging; establishing the purpose of the Program; authorizing the Governor to provide in the fiscal 2007 budget of the Department of Aging $2,000,000 for distribution to local area agencies on aging for a specified purpose; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to collect specified data on health problems; etc.
