Office of Group Home Licensing and Monitoring - Group Home Standards Registry - Reporting Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring the Office of Group Home Licensing and Monitoring in the Department of Human Resources to establish and maintain, by January 1, 2008, a Group Home Standards Registry; requiring a group home that is licensed by or accepts a child from the Department of Juvenile Services to make a quarterly report to the Registry and the Department of Juvenile Services; specifying the information to be included in the report; requiring the Office to make the Registry available to the public; etc.
