Child Welfare - Reports of Children at Risk of Abuse or Neglect

Synopsis:

Requiring a person to notify the local department of social services or the appropriate law enforcement agency if the person has reason to believe that a child is at substantial risk of abuse or neglect because the child is living with, is regularly in the presence of, or is in the care or custody of an individual with a specified history of child abuse or neglect; providing for the receipt and investigation of a report; etc.
