Real Property - Retaliatory Actions by Landlords and Mobile Home Park Owners

Synopsis:

Establishing that a tenant or a mobile home park resident is protected from retaliatory action by the landlord or park owner if the tenant or resident engages in specified activities; prohibiting a landlord or mobile home park owner from taking retaliatory action against a tenant or resident for engaging in specified protected activities; defining "retaliatory action"; superseding comparable local ordinances; repealing existing provisions of law relating to retaliatory actions; etc.
