Synopsis:

Allowing a State income tax credit for the purchase of a single-family home with specified aging-in-place accessibility features, or the installation of specified aging-in-place accessibility features into a home; limiting the amount of the credit that may be claimed; providing for the carryforward of unused credit under specified circumstances; authorizing the Comptroller to adopt regulations; defining specified terms; etc.
