Synopsis:

Authorizing the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund to accept premiums on an installment basis; authorizing the Fund to accept premiums on an installment basis on specified policies in a specified manner on or after October 1, 2006; requiring the Maryland Insurance Commissioner to conduct a specified study on or after a specified date; authorizing the Fund to request approval of the Commissioner to offer to accept premiums on an installment basis on any policy issued in the State in a specified manner on or after a specified date; etc.
