Synopsis:

Requiring the State Fire Prevention Commission, on or before a specified date, to adopt regulations relating to carbon monoxide detectors; requiring the owner of a residential dwelling, building, or structure, on or before a specified date, to equip the dwelling, building, or structure with carbon monoxide detectors that conform to the requirements of the Commission; requiring the owner, on or before a specified date, to replace, as necessary, carbon monoxide detectors or batteries; etc.
