Requiring specified individuals to be determined medically eligible to receive services under the Maryland Medical Assistance Program; requiring a specified physician to certify that an individual requires specified nursing, rehabilitation, or health-related services to be determined medically eligible to receive services under a specified waiver; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to develop a specified program under the waiver permitting assistance with home- and community-based services; etc.
