Health Insurance - Participation of Providers on Multiple Provider Panels

Synopsis:

Repealing provisions of law that prohibit specified health insurance carriers from requiring health care providers to serve on provider panels for multiple health benefit plans of a carrier under specified circumstances; prohibiting a provider contract from containing a requirement that, as a condition of participation on a carrier's provider panel, a health care provider must participate on multiple provider panels; etc.
