State Board of Pharmacy - Revocation of License - Sale of Drug Different from that Ordered

Synopsis:

Requiring that the State Board of Pharmacy revoke a license to practice pharmacy if the holder of the license is convicted of knowingly selling or delivering a specified substance without specified authorization; and authorizing the Board to reinstate a license to practice pharmacy under specified circumstances.
