Synopsis:

Altering the qualifications for a mortician license to require an applicant to complete not less than 1 and not more than 4 years as a licensed apprenticeship; repealing the requirement that an applicant for an apprentice license complete two-thirds of the academic credits for a mortuary science program before appearing before the State Board of Morticians for approval of an apprentice license; etc.
