Synopsis:

Exempting from specified driver licensing requirements an individual who is driving a specified motor home if the individual holds a valid Class C driver's license; making stylistic changes; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to study specified issues relating to driver licensing for the operation of motor homes; etc.
