Synopsis:

Increasing to $10,000,000 the maximum amount of user fees the Maryland Health Care Commission may assess; altering the method for computing the administrative costs to be paid to the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene by the Maryland Health Care Commission and Maryland Health Services Cost Review Commission; etc.
