Establishing the Task Force to Study the Quality of Health Care for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs in Maryland; providing for the membership, purposes, and staffing of the Task Force; prohibiting a member of the Task Force from receiving compensation but entitling members to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations in the State budget; requiring the Task Force to study and identify issues concerning children and youth with special health care needs; etc.
