Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore City - Baltimore Clayworks

Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $250,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of Baltimore Clayworks, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, capital equipping, and installation of an elevator and community and multipurpose rooms, and the repair, renovation, and reconstruction of upgrades to the plumbing, electrical, and roofing systems; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a specified easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
